MARINA RENTAL CHARGES:- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY BERTH FEES PAID TO US FOR ANY LONG OR SHORT TERM ADVANCE PAYMENTS SO MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PAY AS YOU GO IF YOU ARE NOT SURE JUST HOW LONG YOU ARE STAYING WITH US.
Please inform us by 12 Noon each day if you wish to stay another day on the marina or the full daily rate will be charged after that time.

Weekly rates are payable in advance in order to receive this discounted rate, otherwise the daily rate will apply.

If you are paying the daily rate and decide you would like to stay for a week, let us know by 12 Noon on the 3rd day in the week and we will be happy to amend the charges to the discounted weekly rate for the whole week (providing this is paid in advance).

If you pay the weekly rate and decide to stay extra days the normal daily rate will apply, however the above applies for subsequent weeks at a time. ALL MARINA FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please take note of our office hours to pay for your berth and return keys. We accept Cash or Credit Card (Bankcard/Visa/Mastercard) for berth rental and for the key deposit. No cheques are accepted without prior arrangement with Management. Eftpos is available .

GATE / FACILITIES KEYS

A key is required for entry and exit to the Gates and Facilities (Toilets/Showers/Laundry) which are located at the side of the Terminal Building. A $50.00 Cash or Card Deposit is required for the key deposit and will be refunded upon the key return. If you are leaving the Marina, out of office hours, you may put the $50.00 key deposit on a signed Credit Card Sales Voucher and place the key in the one-way letter box located in the gate on the walkway directly below the Resort Units near the ramp to the Boardwalk. We only take Visa/Mastercard/Bankcard. The Credit Card Sales Voucher will be torn up when the key is returned.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR KEY UPON DEPARTURE. If the key is not returned on the day of your departure and you have used either a credit card voucher or cash for the deposit then we will bank your $50.00 Credit Card Sales Voucher or Cash deposit in order to replace the security key and NO deposit will be refunded.

LAUNDRY

The Laundry is located at the side of the Terminal Building and tokens are required for the washing machines and driers and are available from the Marina Office or Boardwalk Seafoods on the Boardwalk along with washing powder. The Laundry is for use of the Marina Tenants only.

CARE OF YOUR VESSEL

PLEASE DO NOT go away and leave your Boat here without making prior arrangements with the Marina Office.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Milk, basic grocery items and a variety of takeaway foods are available from shops within the Great Sandy Straits Marina Terminal Building. The fish shop at the Hervey Bay Marina, across the water from us, sell a good range of light groceries and gas is available from the service station in that complex. A public phone is situated on the Boardwalk at the top of the ramp leading to the entrance to the main walkway of the Marina and another blue phone is situated outside the Kingfisher Booking Office in the entrance to the Terminal Building.

A local Bus Service runs from the Marina to all major centres in Hervey Bay. Please ask us for a timetable. Stamps are available from the Tourism Office on the Boardwalk. A red "Post Box" is located on the footpath at the entrance to the Terminal Building.
